Standard Shipping takes up to 4 Weeks for delivery.

 

Processing Times & Tracking

You will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your order # and purchase information when you place your order.

Your order will start processing for inventory, packaging and shipment as soon as possible and this usually takes 4-5 business days. *If you selected "Priority Processing" at checkout, your order will be processed in the same day or the next day the latest.

We will send you another Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is shipped. For the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Notification email, tracking details might not be available, because between package scans, several days can pass by.

 

Refund Policy

To begin initiating a return, please contact our customer service team at support@sprise.ltd  within 60 calendar days of receiving your order specifying the reason of the return. Our friendly staff will guide you through from there and help you finish the return step by step.

In order to be eligible for a refund, products must be in their brand new, unused condition and original packaging.

*Priority Processing service is non-refundable.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order before it was shipped, please let us know via email at support@sprise.ltd.

If your order cannot be processed and shipped for any reason, your order will be refunded.
